Pricing

We’re keeping the pricing simple. Use this map as your guide:

• An advance retainer of 10% is required with the return of signed agreement.
• In the event of program cancellation, the NWoW team will rebook the program on a mutually convenient date with no penalty. A full refund, less a $150 administrative charge, will be given for cancellations received in writing (email, fax or letter) up to 30 days before a session. No refunds can be given for cancellations within 30 days of a session.

Payment

Payment of the open about (session fee less deposit) is due prior to the session. A check may be delivered to the presenters upon arrival or sent prior to the event.  Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments can be arranged through Paypal at the client's request. Clients will receive a paid invoice immediately upon  completion of the event. We would like to avoid purchase orders if at all possible.

Expenses

We are keeping it very simple. No travel fees and no expenses. One flat rate and we worry about the details. 

Clients are responsible for all internal publicity, booking a space and making AV equipment available.  All material will be delivered as a PDF via secure website prior to the event for distribution.

If a client wishes to hand out printed versions of the workshop materials, they can contact the NWoW team for a quote to print and ship materials, or they can print them locally from the included PDFs.

Discounts

Programs will be discounted 10% if they are booked more than 60 days in advance and if the deposit is received more than 30 days in advance.

Clients booking multiple events in the same location or for the same company should contact a member of the NWoW team to discuss volume discounts.

Sponsored Events

Potential clients who want to sponsor one or more NWoW Boot Camp sessions for their customers should contact a member of the NWoW team to discuss pricing options.
